There's a hole in the earth and it's filled with pretty faces. Abducted at birth by creatures starving for evil and greed. There's a snake in the grass and he's slithered his way to a high powered seat in the USA. There's a bloodline so strong that to carry it on, you've got to lie, you've got to rape, you've got to steal, and let the world rot away.
So get up. Get up to your t.v. and turn it up and see how brainwashed we've all become. It's in the papers, in school books, on billboards and hidden inside our food.
"Get up, put your hands up against the wall, we've had enough. You've got a big fucking mouth kid, the kind us cops could live without. So turn around and put your thumbs out while we cuff you in front of your mom and make your little sister cry."
"The world's a pyramid scheme and you're protecting the top for a measly fucking check. The war that you bring is the war that you will get."

I am the wind. I am the soil and the sun and the raindrops falling in. I was alone until a daisy came along and made me feel okay. But it wasn't long before she went away. I am the wind. I am the soil and the sun and the raindrops falling in. I was in pain until a rose sprouted up and took my pain away. But it wasn't long before she went away.
And my rivers dried, my oceans swelled, my land froze over, I let nothing grow so I would never have to feel. And from the ashes covering my volcanic land, a violet formed and routed her hands within my cold, dead, tattered soil.
And the sun pushed it's way through my blackened sky, my river's flowed, we created life more beautiful than any planet's ever seen. And the days went by and I took care of you right but it's inevitable. Everyone dies someday.
And the world will never be the same again.

It's getting too cold out, I feel like dying. I'm getting too old now, to ever feel like crying.
It's like being alone at a sold out show. Your friends are all around but your mouth wont move.
It's like falling down.

Break out your finest champagne for our spoon fed mouths to sip. We've figured it out. The new addition is no different than our bitter hearts exposed.
Wake up. It's time for morning time to prepare yourself for the day. We figured it out. The new addition's no different than our bitter hearts exposed.
We tell ourselves, "every time we look away we're left with nothing at all." We break our bones, every time we walk away we're left with nothing at all.

Let go of all your aggression. Won't let me go.
Your friends don't care care about your depression. Won't let me go.
Look in the mirror I've worked so hard to say, "today's gonna be so much better for me." But I pack up my fist and I take a big swing at the man looking back who once meant the world to me.
